I love this product because it is so easy to use and very effective! The Waterpik Water Flosser was awarded the American Dental Association (ADA) Seal of Acceptance. I recommend using 10% mouth rinse and 90% water with this product. Use twice a day in the morning and at night.
Oral-B Glide Pro-Health Deep Clean Cool Mint Flavor Floss
This floss is smooth so it is easy to slide in between the teeth. Floss helps to clean areas that your toothbrush can't reach. The mint flavor helps to leave long lasting fresh breath.
TheraBreath Dentist Formulated Fresh Breath Oral Rinse - Icy Mint Flavor
This is my favorite mouth rinse to help fight against bad breath. It was created by a fellow dentist, Dr. Harold Katz. I have tried many products through the years and this has worked the best. This mouth rinse contains no alcohol, artificial flavors or colors. It fights bad breath for over 12 hours. I recommend using it in the morning after brushing and flossing.
ACT Alcohol Free Anticavity Fluoride Rinse, Mint
ACT mouth rinse is alcohol free and contains fluoride in it which prevents cavities. I recommend using this at night after brushing and flossing and right before going to sleep.
BreathRx Daily Tongue Care Kit
To eliminate bad breath, cleaning your tongue is just as important as brushing your teeth. Use this tongue spray and tongue scraper at least twice a day after brushing and flossing.
